RE-FITTING YOUR WINTER TIRES AND DROPPING OFF YOUR BMW FOR RE-DELIVERY

At the end of your European Delivery driving experience, your car needs to be dropped off at one of BMW's appointed re-delivery offices. The one for the Munich area is:

If you are renting Winter tires then your original equipment needs to be re-mounted at our tire depot in Ismaning at the end of the rental period (please ensure that you arrive during the tire depot's business hours as advised to you on your rental agreement). Conveniently, a coin-operated car-wash is immediately opposite the tire depot. Then you need to take your car to LOG IN OUT Gmbh next to the Kempinski Hotel at Munich Airport for its onward shipping to North America.

JUST DROP YOUR CAR OFF AT LOG IN OUT Gmbh

If time is tight you can just drop your car off at Log In Out Gmbh and they will liaise with us to have your car brought to our tire depot and have your original wheels & tires remounted there, and then immediately returned to them. Please note that you can only do this with at least 24 hours insurance cover remaining on your policy.

HAVE YOUR CAR COLLECTED FROM YOUR HOTEL, THE AIRPORT OR ANY CITY WITHIN GERMANY

You can, by advance arrangement, have our local representative meet you and collect your car from any Munich area hotel, Munich Airport or in fact anywhere else inside Germany. Your car will then be taken first to our tire deposit to have your original wheels & tires remounted and then delivered to LOG IN OUT at the airport. The supplement for this service is shown below. A copy of your passport will be required along with the car documents and the key, to give to LOG IN OUT Gmbh when we drop it off there. Please note that you can only do this with at least 24 hours insurance cover remaining on your policy.

HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL WHEELS & TIRES RE-MOUNTED ONTO YOUR CAR ANYWHERE IN GERMANY

You can arrange with us to have your original wheels & tires delivered to a designated tire depot at another location within Germany and you can have them re-mounted onto your car there before continuing your journey to your drop-off point.
